Handling & Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after payment verification.
100% Tracked Shipments: For complete peace of mind and operational transparency, all shipments dispatched from our facility come with comprehensive tracking information sent automatically via email as soon as the courier scans the package.
Premium Protection & Cooling Packaging: To preserve product structural integrity during transit against thermal exposure and friction, all orders are shipped utilizing standard foil-cool protective packaging.
Complimentary Sacramento & Surrounding Cities In-Person Delivery: To support local laboratories, we provide an exclusive, priority 24-hour in-person courier delivery service. This service is available strictly for orders of $300 or more within Sacramento and surrounding cities. Local orders under $300 will be fulfilled and sent via our standard domestic shipping carriers.
Comprehensive Delivery Guarantee: We stand fully behind our fulfillment pipeline. Any shipment that is officially deemed "Lost" or "Not Delivered" by the carrier network will be entirely refilled and re-shipped to the customer at no additional cost.
Backorder Terms & Adjustments: In the event that a research compound is temporarily out of stock, it will be marked as available for Backorder on our storefront. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days on top of our standard processing timeframe for backordered items to clear manufacturing batch reviews and dispatch. If your order contains a backordered item, please notify our team at support@5dlabs.bio once your order is placed, and we will issue you a 15% discount code valid toward your next laboratory order.

SECTION 2: VIAL LABELED TRANSPARENCY & MATERIAL STANDARDS

We maintain absolute adherence to strict laboratory labeling guidelines to ensure flawless inventory tracking during your scientific analysis:

Explicit Vial Labeling: Every single individual product vial we distribute clearly and explicitly lists the exact Compound Name, Compound Strength/Mass, Verified Purity Percentage, Manufacturing (MFG) Date, and Expiration (EXP) Date.
Custom 5D Labs Boxing: All product vials arrive enclosed inside an official custom 5D Labs Box. This box features a high-visibility, scannable QR Code linking directly to the product’s online Certificate of Analysis (COA), alongside the explicit Batch Number, Manufacturing Date, and Expiration Date.

SECTION 3: 3RD-PARTY LAB TESTING PURITY GUARANTEE & RETURNS

Because we back our uncompromised manufacturing standards, we offer an industry-leading purity assurance policy for independent third-party verification.

3rd-Party Lab Testing Protection: Any chemical compound purchased from 5D Labs that is sent to an accredited third-party analytical testing facility for independent review and does not return results within the proper analytical range will be fully refilled with another replacement vial of the exact same compound at absolutely no cost to the customer.
Qualifying Purity Range: Due to potential transit delays, ambient environment exposure times, and variations in independent analytical testing equipment calibration, the qualifying baseline mark for a free replacement is within 2% of the purity rating listed on the official COAs displayed online.
Standard Return Context: Outside of our verified 3rd-party laboratory testing purity guarantee or items physically damaged in transit, all standard product sales are final. No refunds or replacements will be processed for items that have been altered or introduced to a lab environment without verified analytical testing documentation sent directly to support@5dlabs.bio within 48 hours of delivery.
