  • Not for Human Consumption: Under no circumstances are any of these products intended, approved, or safe for human therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use. They are absolutely not intended for human consumption, food additives, cosmetics, household chemicals, drugs, or medical devices.
  • No Misuse Intent: The buyer warrants and represents that they will not introduce, inject, ingest, or otherwise misuse these products into any human or animal body. Any indication of intent to misuse these products will result in an immediate cancellation of your order and a permanent ban from our platform.
  1. BUYER QUALIFICATIONS & REPRESENTATIONS

By placing an order, the buyer certifies and agrees that:

  • They are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding purchasing contracts.
  • They are fully aware of and educated on the safe handling, storage, and material risks of handling research chemicals, lyophilized powders, and peptides.
  • They maintain the proper laboratory equipment, safety protocols, and containment procedures necessary to conduct chemical research safely.
  • The products will not be resold, repackaged, or distributed to any unauthorized third parties or individuals who intend to use them outside of an appropriate research setting.
  1. NO MEDICAL OR HEALTH CLAIMS

All information, graphics, text, or research descriptions provided on this website are compiled strictly for historical, biochemical, and educational research reference.

  • Nothing contained on this website constitutes medical advice, prescribing guidance, or clinical instructions.

You explicitly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FOREVERHOST LLC dba 5D Labs, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your misuse of the chemical products, your violation of any law, or the rights of a third-party.

IN NO CASE SHALL FOREVERHOST LLC dba 5D Labs, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, INTERNS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE.

  1. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AND FEDERAL LAWS

The buyer assumes all responsibility for complying with their local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession, importation, purchase, or testing of research chemicals.

  • We do not warrant that the products available on this website are legally compliant or permissible in your specific geographic jurisdiction.
  • If your package is seized, destroyed, or held by customs or local law enforcement due to non-compliance with regional chemical regulations, FOREVERHOST LLC dba 5D Labs is not liable, and no refunds or re-shipments will be authorized.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, with primary legal venue established in Sacramento, CA.
